1. Overview & Business Scope
Ronak Fashion is a business-to-business (B2B) dupatta manufacturer and fabric supplier catering to wholesalers, garment manufacturers, boutiques, retailers, and fashion brands.
All products, pricing inquiries, and services listed on this site are intended primarily for commercial and business entities.
2. Product Information & Catalog Accuracy
- 3,000+ Active Designs: We strive to ensure that all catalog images, fabric descriptions, embroidery details, and color options represented on the website or via digital catalogs are as accurate as possible.
- Color & Fabric Variations: Due to differences in digital display screens, dye lots, batch productions, and fabric characteristics (e.g., organza, georgette, Lucknowi, cotton), slight variations in shade, texture, or print alignment may occur and are considered standard in textile manufacturing.
3. Order Placement, MOQ, & Pricing
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Wholesale orders and custom manufacturing requests are subject to minimum order quantities specified at the time of quotation or order confirmation.
Quotation & Pricing: Prices displayed or quoted are subject to change based on raw material costs, customization requirements, order quantities, and tax/shipping obligations. Official quotations provided directly via email or official communication channels shall govern all transactions.
Order Acceptance: An order request submitted via our contact form or chat does not constitute a final binding contract until confirmed by Ronak Fashion through an official invoice or written confirmation.
4. Customization & Sample Approval
Custom Orders: For custom digital printing, dye matching, embroidery, or bespoke designs, clients must approve pre-production samples or digital proofs before full-scale manufacturing begins.
Production Lead Times: Estimated production schedules provided during order confirmation are estimates based on standard operating conditions and do not account for unforeseen supply chain delays or force majeure events.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms (including deposits, advance payments, or credit terms) will be explicitly stated in your formal invoice or purchase agreement.
- Manufacturing on custom orders will commence only upon receipt of agreed advance payments.
- Orders must be fully settled prior to dispatch unless explicit written credit terms have been agreed upon.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping fees, transit times, and logistics partners depend on the delivery location, order volume, and chosen delivery method.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the carrier/freight forwarder, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Import duties, tariffs, taxes, and local customs clearances for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
7. Quality Inspection & Return Policy
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Buyers are required to inspect delivered consignments immediately upon receipt.
- Discrepancy Reporting: Any claims regarding defective items, quantity discrepancies, or manufacturing faults must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery, accompanied by photographs/videos of the affected items.
- Returns & Replacements: As a B2B manufacturer, returns are strictly limited to verified manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped. Custom-manufactured goods made to client specifications cannot be returned unless proven defective.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All original designs, catalog imagery, website content, logos, branding elements, and trade secrets related to Ronak Fashion are the exclusive property of Ronak Fashion.
- Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial reproduction of our proprietary designs without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ronak Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, production delays, or commercial supply agreements.
